The Clean up Crew

The donkeys were very sweet when we went to clean them up. First we brushed them down to get rid of extra hair, grass, mud and bryers on their skin. Then we cleaned out their hooves with a special hoof pick to get the bits of mud and donkey doo doo. Last of all we took a clean cloth and some water and cleaned their eyes to stop them from watering.

Patrcia and Anne-Marie told us that if we didn't, lot's of bad things woud happen like sore hooves, eye infections and itchy skin.
